Unhappy Stained Rims - Any Fixes???

Recently, my stock pony rims have been developing minor stains that look like brake-dust. I can wash off the dust, but the stains stay.

Is there a cleaner that you would recommend to remove these stains without damaging the finish on the rims themselves?

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

If you're in the area, we will be in Reynolds GA this weekend for the NMRA nationals.......

Thanks!
Mike C.
