Default Sun visor fix

My sun visors on both sides keep falling...has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it? I tried Velcro but it won't stay stuck when its this hot out side and it's pissin' me off to have a visor drop in my eyes at 110mph when my windows are down!!!!
HELP!!
Brad

Not sure how yours attach, but I had a problem in my Vert with the visor popping out of the clip when I would accelerate quickly - nearly hit me in the head! I took a roll of black electrical tape and wound several layers around the bar-end of the visor (basically making the inserted rod fatter) - this held it very tight in the clip, and I have not had any problems since.

I don't know if this would work on yours, but on my dad's '72 we had this problem. What we did was stick a small rubber hose on the end of the visor, it worked very well and looks factory. The ends on the hose are closed.

Thanks Adam,
I think the hose Idea would work well also......I think I'll try it.

I see you live In O'fallon, that about 50 miles from me. Are there any good races over there?

I need a pair of black visors for my 89 Vert.

Can anyone tell me if they are the same as Non-Verts ??
