Default electric seats

my electric seat keeps blowing fuses. i went to put one in today and it blew it befroe i got it intalled all the way. any suggestions as to what to look far? is there away to adjust it manually? my girlfriend drives it alot and now she cannot reach the pedals good. any suggestions would be helpful. thanks

ummmmm, I would try to figure out why in the hell it's blowing fuses. You've got a short somewhere.
