Question towing

Hi all

Uncle sam's decided to move me from Colorado to Missouri. I was planning on using my truck to tow car over (dont worry, the truck is a Ford, too). Dont know if I need to rent a car trailer or if I can get by with a dolly. If the dolly works do I need to remove the driveshaft? By the way, I have an 88 with a T5.

Tow it on the front wheels if you can. If it's extra low or has ground effects, tow it with all four wheels off the ground.

Thumbs up

Rent the trailer. For a measly $8 you get insurance. If your trailer or car departs you on the highway, the bill's on U-haul, and not your wallet.
