![]() My 5.0 was bored out 30over and i got pistons ordered from the ppl who did the work but they did not get rings. What size should i get and what type is good for my motor. FYI this motor is going to have alot of ponies

![]() Get a set of file fit rings that are .030" over satandard. Make sure they are file fit. I would recommend speed pro.

![]() Definately file to fit. I've had good luck with total seal rings. They're a little more difficult to install. It has an extra ring. I accidently broke one and it cost $20 for one ring. Ouch!
