Post Propane Injected Diesel??

There is a track that is not too far from here in New Mexico where I have had several people tell me that there is a power stroke Diesel truck that runs mid 14's by injecting propane into the motor like you would do a Nitrous set-up.

I dont know if I believe it what do you guys think???
