Default Which heads and how much cam???

Buying a 347 stroker rot. assembly and the guy is throwing in a set of either- ported 1966 302 heads w/ big valves, or a box stock set of Edel. perf. RPM's. He say's the ported iron heads outflow the Edelbrocks?
Also, recommend a cam for a 347-80% street, 3.73 gears, 5 speed,Typhoon intake, one of the afore mentioned set of heads, long tube headers, 100-125 shot of gas.
I'm liking the looks of the trick flow #1 cam-221/225 @ .050 .499/.510 lift? I'll drive the car a lot around town so I don't want to much cam.
Thanks guys
Wes

Yes, you CAN get more flow from iron heads. But they're 40 years old like Nate said. Go with the edelbrocks, then you can always get them ported later if you want. LOTS of guys are running them, there's tons of meat for porting on those heads.

Cam? That one you listed is moderate, but should work well with the Edelbrock's. Make sure the valve springs can handle the lift.

What is the difference between the performer & performer RPM's?
At summit the RPM's are cheaper than the perfomers (40 bucks)
Max lift .575" on both.
