I have a 302 in my 65 stang. when i driveing down the highway and i let off the gas it kinda kicks back a little almost like a sputter but not quite a sputter. any ideas?

could be plug wires, if so it will get worse and will start poppin out the exhaust.. just a thought and somthin to check...
