Where is my gas going???!!!!

Ever since i put in my new fuel pump (which is whineing already) i have noticed my car getting really shitty mileage. I thought it was leaking so i droped it and couldnt find any where it could be leaking. any ideas???? Is a 4cyl tank the same as the V8?

its at 38 at WOT right now
one thing is the car never goes above 140 degrees.
