Question Q's on lowering control arms

How much does lowering the upper control arms lower the vehicle????

I think it's about an inch. I didn't do it. I cut i/4 off the coil to lower the front a little more on the 620/thin insulators that I used. I did mount the springs first so I would know the ride height before I did it though.

Cut a whole coil off the spring, it will be, "Perfect or not enough". If its not perfect buy a vette and it will be. ;-) Dont get excited people its a joke.

That was one of the first mods I did. It wasn't hard to do, only took afternoon. First get a template, take off all your old stuff, drill new holes, and put everything back in new holes (condensed version) Your choice of springs and upper insulator will determine the height. I have 620's, the very thinnest insulator(@3/8") and 215 15 60 tires and the top of the tire is just barely covered by the edge of fender, it looks nice. It doesn't bottom out, it's pretty rough though, going down a normal road it bounces to the contour of road, no cush. And it handle the corners better than a cheap ***** .
