![]() Ok, I Was Really Into The 87-93 5.0 Mustangs, But I Love The Old 68 GT/CS, So I Think Will Keep My 88GT As A Daily Driver, And Make An All Out 68GT Into A GT/CS Look-A-Like, And A Drag Strip Screamer.
What Kind Of Motor Would You Suggest In A 68GT For Drag Strip Duity??? Also, What Tranny? I Want It To Be A Motor I Could Buy From An Autowrecker (Any Motor I Could Find, Maby A 460?) & Rebuild & Show Some Serious Numbers. What Mods Do I Need To Put This New Motor/Tranny In??? Do The Suspension On The Older Cars Need To Be Beefed Up If I Run It On Slicks??? How Fast Could I Expect To Run??? Thanks ------------------ 1988 Mustang GT, T-5 3.08's, No Smog Pump (Shorty Belt), Dynomax 2.5" Super Turbo Cat-Back, K&N Air Filter (Stock Air Box), Removed Air Silencer 14.691 @ 94.7 With A 2.24 60ft. 1988 Mustang GT |
