![]() I just got a 68 with a 289 3 speed auto that has just been rebuilt, even has a warranty. I would like to swap it for a 4 speed toploader. Here in Phoenix, I found a used one for $900 with shifter but the rest of the parts cost around $400. I'm in high school and this is my first car so what do you guys think? Can I find someone to swap me out? Dave
