Post elevation

I was wondering if anyone had the elevation factors and how they worked im in calgary and a friend told me you just drop .95 off you et and add 1.3 to your mph ?

it s sounds a little to simple as i thought it might be linier .
also does this effect nhra saftey rules etc if im running 11.73 would i need the full cage for 10.99 ?
I realize if i moved to sea level i might run that fast but not up here.

also is a constant Mph at the end of several runnis indicating not enough gear ?

thanks i probabl will start bracket raccing soon but want to have the safety stuff in place.

getting to expensive to pay for gas in the beast.
