Loudest Stereo

Okay since most people are into SPL I want to know what is the loudest stereo you ever heard..... What was the person running?!? The loudest I ever heard was in Ozark MO today at "Pure Sound" the van is a the world record holder owned by a guy named "Chili" and he is running 15" Cerwin Vega Strokers and Zappco Amps and hitting over 173 DB!!!!!!!!! WOW that sucker was smokin!!!!! So let me know your stories!!!!!!!

The loudest that I have ever personaly heard is this Ford ranger than has the back seat removed and a box that goes from the floor to the roof with 6 JL W3 15's he got 153 db.

Nothing better than deep hard hitting Bass.

Thanks Dark wow that truck sounds really awesome I would love to see the person that built that box that would be a challenge in a ranger!! ahhhh but fun !!!! Hey maybe we can get some of our stereo friends on here and they can talk about stereo stuff too??!!!

The loudest I've heard is two DD9512's. I'm not sure what he metered but it HURT.

The loudest I've ever personally heard was the Audiobahn LX 5.0. Don't ask how, but they somehow got 6 15" subs in the backseat of that car. They had 6 huge amps in the trunk. It registered 170 db I think. I sat in it for a demo, and it knocked my sunglasses off my head and the wind out of my chest. Pretty crazy if you ask me. I was reading in a car audio magazine, there is a guy that registered around 169 db out of a single 10". Hows about them apples!!!!

The loudest stereo I've heard was at a local competition at the deltaplex. I believe the winner was 157 db
