Unhappy Am I screwed?

Okay, I took the stock heads off and stuffed towels in the cylinders while cleaning the deck surface. After removing the towels, I still got some junk in the bores. What's the best way to get it all out w/out total engine removal and disassembly? Hopefully, none got between the pistons and the walls

Always use a shop vac, even though i didnt but you worry too much, just clean out as much as you can, anything visible, any small pieces (in my opinion) will be burned into dust and pushed out with exhaust......i would be more worried about dropping the distributor bolt down the hole always stuff a towel there fo sure.
