best springs?
looking to put new springs on car below along with either strange or tokico blue shocks/struts. i dont want to go too low since NYC roads are a such a pothole filled mess. i was looking at FMS B springs, 7/8" drop front, 1/2" rear (if i remember correctly) would i be happier with a set of eibachs? i think they drop 1.5" all around, I'm just worried about bottoming out, hitting speed bumps, ride quality, messing up front end geometry, excess tire wear, etc. just looking for some advise/experience. thanks in advance.

I put some progressive rate 1 1/2 drop springs on my 88GT I used to have and it was a big mistake. My 60ft went to hell. The car rode really rough and I knocked a hole in the oil pan while driving down the alley in the dark.
On my current car I just went with 4 banger springs in the fron to give it a little better stance.

sorry for not being more specific. the car is a daily driver. i want the springs to increase handling but not destroy ride quality. the car wont be on the track but will be used for eating chevys on the street. i want the car to look more agressive and handle better, but I dont want to knock a hole in my oil pan like Dark 5.0 (ouch)

For street handling springs I always recommend H&R. They make several different choices depending on how hard you want it to ride...their Super Sports are fairly stiff for less body roll on long corners. If you like more of an autocross/tight turn setup you might look at their Sport version. Anyone who sells Maximum Motorsports should be able to get them for you...
