Default 1994 stock gt

I have a 1994 gt that is pretty much stock except for flowmaster 40 series, an h pipe, and a steeda air pump eliminator. I am looking to start adding a lot of power to my mustang, but I am scared because my car has 120,000 miles on it. I live in florida, and I dont know where to bring my car. I would like to rebuild my engine and supercharge it, or even swap out my engine. I really do not know where to start. I need some feedback from people that have been where I am right now. Any help is appreciated.
