Post Aeromotive FPR hits EGR valve

I just put on an Aeromotive FPR and it's jammed tight against my EGR valve. Anybody ever run into this? The EGR valve that's on there is probably a Pep Boys special. Is there an EGR valve that DOESN'T do this? Or is the fact that I've got a Cobra intake got something to do with this?

Probably the Cobra upper doing it. Get a 3/8 spacer for the upper. Should not be any hood clearance issues. Should not be any other problems with doing this and will make it clear the egr. A clear oversite on their part with regards to the design.
