Fire!!!
Wow! Southern California is on FIRE!
Have you seen it on CNN? All this **** is happening as close as 10 miles or so from my house. It's just wild. Driving yesterday I went through sections of the freeway thay were just dark from smoke in the middle of the day, driving with headlights on. I got off the freeway to check it out, the wind was BLOWING, can't see ****, flames REALLY big, people on their roofs watering with silly little garden hoses, fire moving so fast there aren't any fire engines yet, just a few cops. I didn't stay, and haven't been back today. But I'd be real surprised if all those houses didn't burn. Went to a Halloween party last night, about 30 miles away. Another fire there, burning since the middle of last week. Big *** flames just up the street from where I'm driving. Smokey as hell. Some of the guests can't make it because they're being evacuated from their houses. This morning I look out the window. I live on a bit of a hill. I can see from my house north to south four BIG plumes of smoke in the distance from differnt fires. I'm watching new ones on the news starting one after another. All the trees in the mountains here are dead from a bark beatle infestation and some of it hasn't burned for a long, long time. We've been dreading this all summer, now it's happening. Just unreal... |

That's gotta suck, to see all that even though that is not your house or property burning. What is it that sually causes those fires over there, lightning, arsen?

The two fires close to me are from arsen they say. Those fires have combined now, they cover almost my whole 45 mile drive to work.

my parents live in Rancho cucamunga and the are on vacation in Denmark. I don't even know if they have even heard about the fire. I don't even know how close the fires are to their house. I have been going crazy trying to get ahold of my sister who is supossed to be there but i don't get an answer on their phone. I hope the house didn't get burned down that would really suck.
