Default 1995 lightning engine into a 1994 Stang

How hard would it be to put a 1995 Lightning engine into a 1994 Mustang? Any parts go right in?

All you would need is a 351 conversion kit. I think its basically just headers and motor mounts.

The Lightning engine is just a GT40 ized 351 which is a very popular swap.

Not a very hard install. Holcomb Motorsports has all the parts.. Remember the 95 Cobra "R" had a 351 and the parts numbers are out there. I am putting a 351w in my 91 Coupe using the same type engine. Upgrading the injectors up to 30s....

you will need to change dist, oil pan, lower intake, headers, flywheel. you can get an oil pan from a 351 crown vic or teh 351 gt40 crate would probably have it. you will need a different hood or change the engine mounts but engine will sit lower. the accessories will mount to the 351 using the same brackets as long as its the 94-95.
