Help with codes?

I just transplanted the engine from my '86 to my '93. I had these same codes in the other car, but the '86 didn't have a check engine light. Now it's annoying, plus it won't pass smog when it's time. When I swapped the engine, I kept the plumbing from the '93 in the car, so the smog pump codes have to do with the engine itself. Also the GT-40P heads are drilled for smog. Any help would be appreciated. Here's the codes:
21, 31, 44, 94
Do any of these interact, as in one of the codes causing other systems to malfunction?

Just for future reference in case someone does a search:
Code 21 - coolant temp sensor - 6 month old aftermarket sensor gone bad!
Code 31 - EGR valve - Again - 6 month old aftermarket sensor gone bad!
Both Pep Boys specials.
