Question Brake Problems 2001 GT Sticking hard

Hello everyone. We have a 2001 Ford Mustang GT. For some reason today, the brakes started sticking something terrible. By the end they were almost completely stuck. You could let go of the accellerator and it would stop very quickly. If you have the patience to wait 30 min or so, the brakes start working again, and slowly stop as time moves on.

You can smell the brakes, and the brakes are faily new, less than 1/4 wear on them. Any ideas on what to do next? It has traction control and ABS. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. Thanks in advance.
