Default Help I Am Having Constant Clutch Problems

Hey there I have a 67 mustang coupe with a inline sprint six and a 3 speed in it. I have restoered it and now I am having a problem with a sqeeling whining like noise in the clutch. This is after I took out the tranny and replaced all the pilot bearings and resurfaced the clutch and flywheel. I just replaced the pilot bearing again because my mechanic and I both thought it was that. It stopped making the noise for about 3days then today it started again.Any help would be great. If anyone knows or has had this problem themselves then please help me out!!!! Thank you so much
