Pro-M on stock motor?
When I bought my car, it was all stock except the guy put on a 75mm pro-m and underdrive pulleys. Everyone that looks at my engine and notices the pro-m kinda flipps out that I have it on there but I really dont see how it could be doing me any bit of good considering the motor is pretty much stock. Since I bought it I have added Longtubes, prochamber, mac-catback, cold air induction and a 125 shot of nitrous. Is this maf too big for a stock motor? Should I replace it with a stock one for now, or is it ok to leave it on there? Ive been wondering why he would have put that on a completely stock motor for some time. I'm thinking he may have wasted 200 bucks on it but if I am wrong please let me know. Thanks - John

You have nothing to worry about. Its the Throttle body size that you can go overboard on.
Granted 75mm would be fine, but 80mm is doing no harm. If you decide to put a stock one on it for some reason, take a look at how tiny the inside diameter is. Then you'll change your mind and not put it on there.

A larger air meter is one of the best bolt-ons for a stock motor.
