Default 2003 mustang gear help!!!!!!!!!!!

my girlfriend just bought frpp 4:10 gears for her 2003 gt at a swapmeet. i heard something from a friend about them might not being the right ones due to the rear ABS. i have no idea cause i have never needed to have the knowledge of ABS. ive looked all over on the internet and cant find any information

The gears will work fine as long as they're for an 8.8 rear end.

I 2nd, as long as they are for a ford 8.8 they will be fine.

the gears have nothing to do with the ABS or the traction control

but the one thing that would worry me is putting in used gears I would not do it, used gears already have a pattern worn in them and the chance of getting them to not make noise is slim, plus they have a higher chance to fail

the gears she bought were brand new "still in the box" so hopefully they will be fine

They'll work. Good choice on the 4.10s too. Too many people fear the gear!
