SHOULD I WORRY? sorta hickup'd in 3rd year @ 35 MPH today !!
I was just cruising around today, when in 3rd gear, it sorta stopped, but then it seemed the rolling of the car restarted it... (the dash lights never came on, but, it felt like it hit a 2 inch curb in the middle of the road, sorta stopped it dead for a few milliseconds..
what could cause this, and is this a bad thing long-term? (this is the first time its happened) thanks ! ------------------ 94 GT (triple black) K&N, FMS 9mm, FMS 95 17" Cobra R's, Aluminum Driveshaft, 3.27, 12* timing, MSD Coil, 180* thermostat, MAC Shifter/Gauges/Pedals, Euro Clear Projectors & Corners My CAR! My F-150 had the same problem and it kept getting worse and worse. It ened up being a dirty injector. I am not saying thats whats wrong with yours but its possible. Try running a bottle of injector cleaner through it.

Did you do anything to your car just before it started doing this? My problems are coming after a whole winter full of mods, so its hard to tell what I did wrong to it. You describe it exactly how i describe mine. If it is the same thing, i doubt the injector cleaner will do it, i've changed injectors.

Hey, the last upgrade I did was timing...
: ) and last night was a few hours of high-rpm blasting, it didn't hiccup at all.. so maybe it was a one off??? |

I had the same thing a few years back and it turned out to be the battery cable.
