Messing around with a C5 conv
On the way home from work a guy with his hot babe were following me in traffic. Once we got on open road, I punched it a couple seconds to see his response. He sped up so I knew he wanted to play. I saw him in the rear view talking and laughing with his girl. I imagined he was explaining how this was an old mustang from 8 years ago that was no match for his new C5 conv. Now I, on the other hand was thinking that I've seen C5 verts run 13.5-13.7 at the strip plus he had a passenger. My car runs 13.3 so I figured i could maintain a couple car lengths on him. Well we punched it again on a long stretch (up to 95 mph) and I did not even give him a chance to think about passing me as I maintained 2 to 3 car lead on him. At the next light, he gave me the thumbs up and said pretty fast Mustang. Cool!

Good Kill! It's rare to find a corvette that's willing to go, but when you do, its definitely a good race.
Your car is pretty fast for a fox body vert, what have you done to it? ------------------ Black 2000 GT Magnaflow Catback, K&N |
