5.0 tuning
hey guts I was wondering if you have any tuning tips for me. I have a stock 91 t-bird engine with the intake manifolds of my 91 mustang in the mustang. and I was wanting to set the timing and throttle and the passing gear cable but i dont know to what specs to set them to. should I set the passing gear cable to red line or in/before the yellow? what timing should I run. what is the best spark plug gap? and so on and so forth. any suggestions would be welcomed. thanx guys.

Timing 14, TPS .995, plug gap .045 and go the the Transgo web site and they have a page that tells you how to adjust cable. You won't get it to shift when you want it to unless you get a valve body like from Lentech. Make sure you adjust the cable properly as if its out just by a little youll burn it up.
