power window problems

my power windows seem to bounce when going up or down.Sometimes they operater smoothly but mostly they have that bouncing problem.

any ideas??????????

is there some way to adjust the window tracks to stop this problem?

it could be the gear in the window motor or the bushingss in the gear. you would have to take the door panel off the see.

Just pulled mine last week,there is a bar in the center support,get some grease and lube the whole bar,also the tracks by the gear,then it will work like new,takes about 20 minutes a side.
