Question code 15

My 93 Lx 5.0 seems to have lost the power it first had when I bought it 3 months ago. I have also noticed that the idle is a little rough. I decided to do the computer code check, and got a code of 15. the users manual that came with the code reader says ROM test failure. I talked to a guy at a tune up place, and he says that if the yellow #1 wire going to the computer is connected good, his info says to replace the computer. I want to try resetting it first.

anyone know the procedure for resetting the computer, or any experience with code 15?

The car runs fine, just loss of power, and funky Idle.

Thanks
