Help - Need a Deck Lid
Ordered a deck lid (mine's completely rusted out at the rear underneath) from Mustangs Unlimited and it wasn't even close to fitting correctly. Sent it back and ordered one from National Parts Depot - same supplier and it also fits terribly. Problem with both is they're too straight left to right and front to back. The original lid has an extremely slight curve in both directions therefore I'm stuck with a pretty noticeable gap on the sides and front in the middle. Tried the salvage yards and Metro Mustang but they've all got significant rust in the same spot at the rear underneath. Does anyone know where to get a good reproduction or original deck lid for a 68 coupe?
