Roller Rockers And Stock Valve Covers
How much do I need to modify the stock aluminum valve covers on my 90 5.0 if I go with roller rockers? Would I be better off going with a set of tall motorsport aluminum covers?

Go with the TFS valve covers. They're stock height and will fit over the roller rockers.

What about those Comp Polymer covers? Do they fit over rockers and stud girdles? I'm considering a set of those.

Actually I may have a pair of those for sell in a couple days. If you don't have a blower, they should work fine.
