Default 89 GT in need of a little body work

Hi
I have a little chunk of plastic that was chipped out of my rear bumper ground effect at the bottom. I was wondering if anyone had any good cheape fixes to fill in this little peice about the size of a nickel.
Thanks

They make a kit for repairing Urethane bumpers, you can get it where they sell Automotive Paint and supplies. I have used it before a long time ago, it is something like an epoxy if I remember correctly. It blends well, and then you wet sand the whole bumper and get it painted so it doesn't show. I think if you spot paint the bumper just where it was patched it would show more. Don't quote me, but I think it was a 3M product.
