Post 245/45/16 tires on pony rims

Anyone have done it? Tire company recommend 7.5 inch rims.

You'll be fine. 245/50 16 is the size you want though.

I have 245/50/16 on mine and they fit perfect.

I have the 245/50/16's too. No problems, looks sharp.

I have 245/50/16's on pony rims too Nitto drag radials they look great no problems with clearance

Yeah, I have 245/50/16's on my rear tires and 225/55/16's on my front tires.

I did this because my car is lowered pretty damn low in the front and I didn't want the tires to rub. If your car has a "normal" lowering height or isn't lowered at all, 245's should fit fine on all corners.
