Post How many mustangs should one guy have?

I've always thought I'd like to get an older mustang and convert it over to efi. I remember seeing a sweet one years ago that I thought was absolutely awesome.

Well the guy that had it sold it and the guy that now owns it wants to sell. Its a 65 vert that has a 9" rear, 86 motor and drivetrain(t-5). It goes in the classifieds today for $7500. It has a fuel cell in the trunk, it also has some cancer but nothing that can't be fixed as far as I know.(I could drop my 89 motor in it )

Now, I really want this car! It's red with a tan top and black interior. I asked the guy if he would be interested in a boat in trade and he said no but he hasn't seen my sweetass boat. It would be a even trade.

What I want to know is your opinion. Am I crazy for wanting another stang?? Geez, this would make 3 verts I'd have.

Did I mention its a sweet jet boat? It goes 60 mph, it has twin jet ski motors(1100s). This boat is awesome in the summer!

Crazy or not??

Ha!

How many words does it take to tell a lie?
How many stars should line the blackened sky?
How many drops of rain should accompany thunder?
How many stangs in the yard, I wonder.

Bunny rabbits, pine cones, and bumblebees,
Have no desire to answer any of these.
Feelings of domination, this overwhelming disease,
Directs the pain, persuades relief
To such an answer to any of these:
May Mustang population rise infinitely.

...Don't ask.

Got two now and I have my eye on a 70 sports roof that is just begging for a 514 transplant - still trying to convince a certain member of the family (so far without much success)that three is indeed a good number

My goal is to build a big barn and fill it with blue oval beauties.
There is no such thing as having too many worthy vehicles.
