New Style R old Style R
I have been looking for 1995 Cobra R wheels Silver and I have come across Wheels Called NEW Style 1995 Cobra R. What is the difference. They are not 2000. They look identical to the old ones. How do you know if you are getting the real thing.

Ford discontinued production of the original Cobra R wheels and has handed off production to a second tier vendor. This is merely heresay, but the "new style" Cobra R wheels appear to have the same geometry as the wheels made my Autumn Fleet Sales Inc. which popularized the 10.5" wide Cobra R size.
The powdercoating on these NEW wheels is better than that of both AFS and PWO (aftermarket Cobra R manufacturers) and has a more metallic finish. They look great and I'd recommend them to anyone.
