First of all... What upgrades have you done in addition to what came with the Saleen?

Saleen would be a good call to make and see what they think...

If its very minor stuff, an aftermarket chip will give you very little as the Saleen already comes with the computer already set up to make the most of the Saleen setup...

If you have some moderate to large changes and it seems that a different chip\tune would be worth the cash, then I would suggest a Dyno-tuned Autologic or Fordchip setup.

Mike Wilson over at Dallas Mustang is a good contact if you are thinking seriously about the expense of a dyno-tune...
