Unhappy 347 problems

I just put in a new Coast High 347 long block and it sounds great but im having a few problems. Its running really rich and when it warms up you have to hold the throttle open all the way for it to fire. I took the egr sensor off the old intake and plugged it in the harness to stop the check engine light from coming on. How can I bypass this problem. Thanks.

My components are as follows:
347-victor jr heads, Victor 5.0 intake, 36lbs injectors, 75mm throttle, 80mm mass air,1 3/4 longtubes, 10 deg timing,MSD pro billet dist coil and BTM retard box, 35 gap on 1 size colder autolites, powerdyne 11lbs,bbk adjustable fuel reg.
