Updated paxton novi 1000 kits

This system is being improved to allow the ability to easily upgrade in the future. This revised system includes a manual belt tensioner that will be attached to the supercharger front cover. The customer will be able to go from a 3.50” pulley to a 3.00” with the same belt that will be supplied with the kit. The standard 3.50” pulley should provide 4.5 to 5.5 psig of boost on a stock 5.0 Liter motor. PAXTON'S UPDATED COMPONENTS FOR THE NEW NOVI 1000 KIT · Novi 1000 rear discharge CW rotation supercharger with a 3.5” 8-rib supercharger pulley that should provide approximately 4.5 to 5.5 psig. (Supercharger was 3.0” 6-rib) · ½” Thick billet aluminum supercharger mounting plate. This mounting plate was 3/8” in the previous version of this system. This is the same base plate that is used in the 1001810 Novi 2000 system. · Cast aluminum discharge duct. (Previously was molded plastic) · 6.88” 8-rib aluminum crank pulley with appropriate supercharger drive belt and tensioner. Yep. The new 1k's are ready to ship. Check www.novipower.com Ian has a picture of the new setup (bracket, discharge, pulley) compared to the old setup. I'm glad to see Paxton moved to this new setup.

The Novi 1k was already (IMO) the best 'entry level' blower and this new setup just improves upon that!!
