A big Thank You to the two import owners last night!
Yesterday I pulled a very long shift 6am till 1am this morning. On my way home going down Lake Worth road between the Turnpike and 441 there is almost always cops radaring the area at night. This used to be a hot spot for street racing due to the long straight away. Well I was very tired and just drove my usual 65 - 70 MPH through here not thinking about the cops. Then when I came up to Lyons road two Sheriffs had a red Honda Civic and white Integra pulled over. Both cars complete with 5" exhaust tips and 1' wings. I just wanted to thank these two guys for getting pulled over so I didn't run into that speed trap!

Hammer has the best story about this sort of thing.
Correct me if I tell this wrong Hammer: Hammer is driving back to Dallas from somewhere in the North East and a white riced out Eclipse (big tip, big wing) passes him at 90 mph (Hammer claims to be doing 70-75 mph ). About an hour later he passes the import on the side of the road with a cop behind him. A little while later, this white eclipse passes again at 90mph+. Once again Hammer passes this moron on the side of the road with cops behind him. LOL! I laughed when I heard that story. Ricers are some dumb! ------------------ 1995 Mustang GT |

It can be a bad area for cops on some nights. Luckily for me these two didn't know that.
