If that's an AWSF52C, then it'll fit the GT-40 and GT-40P heads. BUT..that's TWO heat ranges hotter than stock so I don't know why anyone would want to run it in a performance application.

What plug do you rec me run then....
The guy who sold the heads to me had AGSP33Cs in them...
In my Year One catalogue says that the 5.0 w/GT40s takes AWSF42Cs and 93-95 Cobras take AWSF32C's
What should I do?

I would run the AWSF32C in GT-40 heads. The other option is to run the Autolite 104 or 764 which are both a direct cross for the AWSF32C. If the car sees 90% stop and go traffic driving, then you could run the 42C's, but otherwise I'd go with the 32C.
