Default LOTS of water in exhaust

I noticed today that my exhaust pipes have alot of water in them. When I start the car and rev it up a few times, you can see the water spray on the concrete. Also when the car first starts, the idle is rough (jumping from 500 rpm to 700 rpm) Could this rough idle be due to the water in the exhaust? After the car runs for a couple minutes, the idle smoothes out and I don't have any problems. Why is there so much water or condensation in my exhaust pipes?

Lightbulb Condensation

It's called condensation and it's perfectly normal but may be especially noticable on cars that don't get driven every day or are only driven for short distances. Don't worry about it.

Your rough idle sounds like it's caused by a too-low idle speed at start-up due to a faulty sensor or dirty IAC, rather than simple condensation.
