What kind of job do you have??
Just curious what everyone does for a living. I can remember spending all my paychecks on my car while working at Toys "R" Us. It's a shame we have to grow up. Now I have to set aside money to keep the Real Estate business going. I found I can save money for my cars by not buying any clothes for myself. Everything I wear are presents from Birthday or Christmas! If only I could turn the clock back to the good ole days at Toys "R" Us.....

Re: What kind of job do you have??
I'm your friendly neighborhood dentist. I left my '66 garaged and worn out for 15 years while I raised a family, bought a house and paid debts for my business. Now I can spend a little getting the '66 to be what I wanted it to be from the beginning. It sounds as if your '65 and my '66 would make a good run against each other at the drag strip. Your trap speed indicates that you may have more hp than me. I race at 50 ft. above sea level . I'm hoping for some improvement after my last cam/intake project.
Rev

Re: What kind of job do you have??
Looks like we have a Dr. in the house! 15 years is a long time to wait. It would be a good race indeed. The altitude would even it out. So far we have a Dr. and a Realtor. Who's next?

Re: What kind of job do you have??
Worked as EMT thru college and now I am cop. I only wish I could turn back the clock and not have bought half the junk I did while learning the ropes of speed.....and before I discovered the Mustangowrks.
Hey Rev, just wanted to tell you thanks for the rockers. I ended up switching to the TF stage 1, so now I have some carb tuning issues. Definite improvement though. Ryan

Re: What kind of job do you have??
Emergency Response Specialist for the second largest oil refining company in America. (I'll let you figure out which one it is)
Paramedic, Haz-mat Specialist and Firefighter/Tactical Chief. I teach emotionally challenged adults to run toward fires instead of away from them. We used to be called Plant Fireman but some yuppie decided that wasn't politically correct so "ERS" wound up on the door of the orifice.

Re: What kind of job do you have??
I started out working for a local farmer when I was 14. Did that until I was 21. Quit and went to work for a small engine repair shop, for about 2 years, bought the small engine shop and almost went broke after to more years. Closed it down and went to work for Cummins Southern Plains Power. Work there for 5 years, got pissed at them and three of us quit at the same time. (They had to many chiefs and not enough Indians LOL). Went back to work for another local small engine shop for 7 years, finally got tiered of turing wrenchs and went to work for local auto parts store which I like and enjoy very much. Been there little less than a year.

Re: What kind of job do you have??
I was in the army for 4 years. Got out after 11 months in the middle east. Now I have a job with NASA tracking deep space spacecraft. I mostly work on the transmitters and recievers that talk to the spacecraft. All the pictures you see of mars and stuff like that are because of me.
Hey marty nice to see you are ok and things are going well. Been along time since you have been on.
