Exclamation Some guy with a miata put BB's in his engine

I saw this link over at Mustangworld. I wouldn't have believed it without the pictures. Thats gotta suck.

That is evil. You know things like that happen more often than you would think. My friend has an Integra GSR and he had to take off his CAI put the stock air inlet and filter back on for smog. He forgot that some hardware was in the inlet tube and put it back together.
He came to work the next day and asked me to look at his car because the throttle was stuck open. I messed with it and pulled the throttle body off to find a large bolt wedged in there holding it open. He was a little luckier, though, as the other hardware was still in the plastic bag sitting in the inlet.

Ok, I know next to nothing about Miata's, but how in the hell do you not notice that a pack of about 50 BB's are in your intake hose (whatever that is?)???

He really shouldn't feel all that bad...I mean, heck, he should just drop a GT40 crate motor in that thing - God, could you imagine that??? Talk about a sleeper!
