Default 345hp Crate motor swap

I am swaping my motor fromt the stock 302 to another ford 302 345hp crate motor. What should i do keep it efi or swap to carb. Is there anything hard to swap the 302 to carb. About how much will it cost and which way is cheaper.
Thanks

Lightbulb New engine suggestions

Carbed is probably cheaper but I would stay with the EFI.

You'll need upper/lower intakes, 65mm TB, headers, a higher capacity FP and an adjustable regulator, 24-pound fuel injectors, a bigger MAF (calibrated for 24#) and a few other items, but you'll be all set and ready to run once you've installed these items and tuned the engine.
