Question TFS #1 cam & speed density. Will it work?

I'd like to chane to this cam, but I don't want to go to mass air yet b-cause I'm using ported stock heads.
I know 88workcar ran a e303 (I think) with no idle problems.
Do you guys think I'd have trouble out of this cam with speed density?
