Default Always need caster camber plates?

Do you always need caster camber plates if you install lowering springs on your car? I am looking to go with the Ford Motorsports spring kit, 1.75" front drop and .75 rear. Are these plates needed for alignment purposes on all aftermarket spring kits?

I installed bbk specific rate lowering springs on my 85 and i did not use the caster camber plates. they are used to gain more adjustment with the lowered vehicle. my adjustment is maxed out so it would be a safe bet to get a pair if you have the money.

also i believe mine is only lowered 1.5 inches. that extra quarter inch may require you to get the plates..

I thought the FMS B and C springs drop the car 7/8" front and 1/2" rear?
