Round tube subframes for 87-93?

I have only been able to find one place that makes round tube subframes for 87 - 93 stangs. I found some nice looking ones at Western Motorsports called the Xtrak subframes made of 2" roll bar cage material. Is there any other place or brand that makes round tube subframes? If so let me know.

Doesn't Steeda still have them, or did they go to square tube?

steeda still makes a round sub frame conn.
plus you can get them with the braces that mount to front seat bolts. steeda says round tubing will not twist as much as square tubing. hope this helps out.

Why round and not square? I would think that a square tube would offer more welding area.

Because the round ones are stronger and resist twisting stronger. However, I can see your point of having more area to weld.

I have steeda rounds and the seat brackets are great, my car has a tiny crack on the floor, and when onstalled it didn't grew any more.

Square to weld what? I welded the tube end brackets to the frame, and really think that it's enough.
