Hood V. Heat
I am puting a fiber glass hood on my 1994 stang. Should I take my heat shield from My metal hood and put it on my fiberglass hood. It is a Cobra R SVO hood. Will the heat from my engine mess it up? Or is it ok with out it.

I have a Cobra R with a SVO hood scoop on my pony without the heat shield and it works just fine. It's all good
