Computer tuning guys, Help
Hey guys, I was working on getting the new tranny dropped in today , and while I was up under the dash, I found something kinda interesting.
Under the steering wheel there is a quick connect for what looks like a pc card, I've always known it was there, but for lack of any other info I wasnt able to persue finding out more. Anyway, while I was working on the quadrant I found another part of the system (after some research, it is a " 40 amp automotive relay with PC board or quick connect terminals" specifically a Potter and Brumfield vf4-11f11. Does anyone know what kind of things use these relays? I'm assuming that it is for laptop based tuning, but is there anyway to figure out exactly what? What kind of software would I need to use it? Any ideas would be a great help, including general laptop tuning information. Thanks Jorge
